Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience in enterprise-level systems administration and support
• Proficient in writing automation scripts and building application dashboards for proactive monitoring
• Hands-on experience with SDLC practices and process improvements
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) in virtual environments
• Familiarity with IP networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architectures
• Development skills in languages such as .Net, C#, Python, and Bash
• Knowledge of databases like SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Postgres

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise-level systems to ensure optimal performance
• Develop automation scripts for monitoring and alerting using tools like Grafana and Datadog
• Implement SDLC practices to enhance process efficiency
