We are seeking a hands-on Fullstack Technical Lead with a technical skill mix of approximately 70% React frontend and 30% Java backend to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The lead should have 12+ years of development experience and lead the team. The role requires strong expertise in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, reusable UI components, state management, and responsive interfaces, complemented by practical experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend integration. React frontend development: Lead the design and development of scalable React applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, reusable components, state management, responsive interfaces, and API integrations.
Java backend development: Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot services, implement RESTful APIs, and support secure, reliable integration between frontend applications and backend systems.
Solution design: Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, implementation tasks, estimates, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business analysts and architects.
Onshore-offshore leadership: Guide a distributed development team, establish clear ownership, coordinate work across time zones, and ensure effective handoffs and consistent engineering practices.
Delivery coordination: Partner with project managers, product owners, and QA teams to plan sprint commitments, manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate delivery risks promptly.
Agile delivery experience: Bring hands-on experience delivering software in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across onshore-offshore teams.
Engineering quality: Conduct design and code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote unit testing, integration testing, secure coding, and maintainable application design.
Performance and reliability: Diagnose issues across frontend and backend layers, improve application performance, and support root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
Build and release: Collaborate with DevOps teams on continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automated quality checks, environment readiness, and reliable deployments.
Mentoring and guidance: Support developers through technical mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practical guidance on Java, React, debugging, and design practices.
Communication and stakeholder alignment: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication; facilitate technical discussions, explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, and provide concise updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
