- Hands on experience in Python is required.

- Hands on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB including complex SQL, Stored Proc and performance tuning.
- Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
- Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
Desired skills- Good understanding of financial markets , various capital market assets class with focus on Equity, Banking or Financial industry project experience.
- Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364
