Role Overview:This role is for a DevOps / Platform Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code, ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Possess strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with the ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find the root cause of problems.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to create innovative solutions.
Required Skills:- DevOps / Platform Engineering expertise.
- Experience in the TELECOM DOMAIN.
- Proficiency with Apache Spark.
- Proficiency with Kafka.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and strong agile/scrum development experience.
- Expertise developing web applications and APIs using Micro Services, with demonstrable production-scale experience.
- Web applications development using Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, and Spring Boot.
- Skilled in Version control tools such as GIT, SVN, etc., to maintain common source code throughout the workflow.
- Experience writing unit / Integration tests using JUnit / Mockito for code coverage as per standards and Log4j 2 for logging.
- Expertise in database scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience.
