Full Job Description
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and related technologies.
  • Participate in application modernization efforts involving middleware upgrades, framework remediation, and migration from IBM WebSphere environments.
  • Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and reusable technical components supporting business-critical MDM applications.
  • Build responsive Angular-based user interfaces and contribute to delivering modern customer and business user experiences.
  • Perform impact analysis, technical design, code enhancements, and application remediation activities.
  • Support deployment, environment configuration, release management, and production support activities.
  • Participate in performance optimization initiatives and implement improvements to application stability and supportability.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to implement technology modernization objectives and enterprise standards.
  • Utilize Agile delivery methodologies and participate actively in planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution activities.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The teams are part of the Investment Platforms organization within Workplace Solutions (WS). This organization helps customers save and invest through workplace retirement savings plans, build lifetime relationships with customers, and provide employers with cost-effective, integrated employee benefit solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80,000 to 96.655
