About the Role- We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer with strong hands-on software engineering experience and practical exposure to AI-assisted and agentic development.
Job TitleKey Responsibilities- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies.
- Work across front-end, back-end, APIs, and integration layers as required.
- Develop and enhance microservices-based applications.
- Work within cloud and containerized environments.
- Modernize and extend existing applications, with a strong focus on brownfield engineering.
- Apply AI-assisted development practices using modern coding assistants and similar tools.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate agentic AI and workflow automation into existing applications and servicing processes.
Minimum Qualifications- Mandatory 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java development.
- Senior-level full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development and integration.
- Experience designing or developing microservices and APIs.
- Experience working in cloud environments.
- Experience with containerized application environments.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or comparable tools.
- Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled software development..
LocationSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
