Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Concrete field.
• 1-3 years of relevant design, engineering, or construction experience.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software applications, with a plus for Revit.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction methods.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with effective multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform core Project Engineer duties and responsibilities.
• Assist in producing high-quality renderings and visuals for projects.
• Collaborate with the pursuits team to develop site logistics plans.
• Utilize surveying and layout tools under supervision.
• Set up models utilizing real-world coordinates for efficient project organization.
• Establish cloud-based collaborative workspaces for teams.
• Support the setup of model sharing environments for different project types.
• Apply reality capture techniques to create useful project deliverables.
• Document existing conditions and assist in creating accurate trade models.
• Conduct constructability reviews and resolve design conflicts.
• Facilitate project coordination meetings and educate teams.
• Identify and manage coordination clashes for efficiency.
• Assist with project as-builts and maintenance requirements.
• Support fabrication file exports and layout.
• Develop modeling and detailing deliverables for self-perform disciplines.
• Provide field support and VDC training as necessary.
• Review and manage plans related to project coordination needs.
