Enjoy career growth, skill development, and the benefits of working in a startup-like environment within a global financial institution.

As a Sales Optimization Executive Director for the Wealth Management team, you will set strategy and own a portfolio of initiatives that improve performance across the lead-to-conversion journey. You will use data to prioritize high-impact opportunities, define clear success measures, and establish a test-and-learn approach that proves what drives conversion and advisor productivity. You will partner closely with analytics and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable, advisor-ready tools and workflows. You will align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure decisions are made quickly, delivery stays on track, and outcomes are measurable and sustained.

Job responsibilities:

  • Set sales optimization roadmap across the lead-to-conversion journey, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and speed to value
  • Diagnose performance using funnel analysis and large datasets to identify root causes, quantify opportunity size, and define problems worth solving
  • Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and governance that connect delivery to conversion, productivity, and client outcomes
  • Translate business priorities into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for analytics and technology partners, including data definitions and workflow intent
  • Lead cross-functional delivery and change management to launch advisor-facing tools and process improvements that are adopted and operationally durable
  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear narratives, structured decision points, and regular updates on tradeoffs, progress, and results
  • Monitor performance post-launch through reporting and experimentation, iterating quickly to improve impact and reduce rework

  • Analyze large datasets and apply common analysis approaches and tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, or business intelligence tools to inform prioritization and decisions
  • Define success measures, key metrics, and measurement plans that connect work to business outcomes
  • Translate business problems into structured requirements for analytics and technology teams, including clear definitions and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, including presenting recommendations and results to senior and cross-functional audiences
  • Partner with analytics and technology leaders to deliver workflow improvements that drive measurable lift in conversion, productivity, or client engagement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bring experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor-led sales models
  • Demonstrate familiarity with lead management ecosystems and customer relationship management platforms
