enterprise data and analytics, IT operations security, platform reliability, and complex system integrations, including
Magento eCommerce and ERP platforms. This role bridges strategy and execution - driving technical solutions, enforcing security and operational standards, and ensuring scalable, resilient systems aligned with business growth.
The successful candidate brings deep technical understanding, strong project execution skills, and the ability to operate across infrastructure, applications, data, and security domains.
Responsibilities- Data & Analytics Engineering
- Design, support, and optimize enterprise data pipelines, reporting architectures, and analytics platforms
- Ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance across ERP, eCommerce, and downstream reporting systems
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Support ETL/ELT processes, data reconciliation, and performance optimization
- IT Operations & Security Engineering
- Support and enhance IT operations frameworks to ensure system availability, performance, and resilience
- Implement and maintain security controls, including access management, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation
- Support identity and access management (IAM), least-privilege enforcement, and role-based access controls
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation planning
- Support internal and external audits, security assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Contribute to IT policies, standards, and operational documentation
- IT Project & Delivery Management
- Lead and support complex, multi-system IT initiatives involving ERP, eCommerce, integrations, and data platforms
- Own technical planning, risk identification, dependency management, and execution tracking
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and service providers
- Manage technical documentation, change management, and deployment readiness
- Ensure projects align with architectural standards, security requirements, and operational best practices
- eCommerce Platform (Magento) Operations
- Own technical oversight of Magento platform operations, performance, and stability
- Support deployments, upgrades, patching, and third-party extensions
- Oversee integrations with ERP, payment gateways, logistics, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Monitor application performance, error logging, and transaction flows
- Support incident resolution related to order processing, pricing, inventory, and customer experience
- ERP Systems & Integrations
- Provide technical leadership for ERP system support, enhancements, and integrations
- Support configuration changes, testing cycles, and release management
- Ensure data consistency and transactional integrity between ERP, Magento, and peripheral systems
- Support API-based and middleware-driven integrations
- Partner with business teams to optimize ERP-driven workflows and controls
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5-8 years of progressive IT experience across enterprise systems, platforms, or operations
- Strong experience in data analytics, reporting platforms, or data engineering concepts
- Proven experience supporting IT security controls, operational monitoring, and incident response
- Hands-on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce) operations
- Experience supporting or administering ERP systems (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing modules)
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT projects
Technical Skills & Knowledge- Data platforms, reporting tools, and dashboarding solutions
- SQL and data analysis concepts
- Application and infrastructure monitoring
- Security best practices (IAM, logging, vulnerability management)
- ITIL-aligned operations and service management concepts
- Cloud and on-prem hybrid environments
- Vendor and system integration management

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC)
- Experience in regulated, retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or automation tools
