  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with software vendors and technology partners to resolve technical problems.
  • Configure and build system functionality, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations using available platform tools.
  • Use APIs and low-code or no-code technologies to improve workflows and system functionality when appropriate.
  • Lead assigned technical workstreams and daily implementation activities related to system upgrades and new technology solutions.
  • Coordinate system testing, user-acceptance testing, data validation, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Support data migration, data cleanup, system configuration, and implementation activities.
  • Participate in system evaluations, software upgrades, and future technology implementations.
Vendor and Project Coordination
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for software vendors and technology partners.
  • Submit, coordinate, and monitor vendor support requests through resolution.
  • Maintain documentation regarding open system issues, vendor responses, and resolution timelines.
  • Support technology implementation projects and other organization-wide technology initiatives.
  • Assist with project planning, status reporting, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Participate in vendor demonstrations, software evaluations, and technology-selection activities.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, system issues, and recommended solutions to leadership and key stakeholders.
Documentation and Process Improvement
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, integrations, security settings, procedures, and user guides.
  • Develop and maintain technology standards, operating procedures, and system-administration practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Assist with technology-related compliance reviews, audits, data-integrity initiatives, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of supported applications, integrations, licenses, vendors, and system access.
  • Develop training materials and procedural resources to support system adoption and consistent use.
Collaboration and Training
  • Partner with leadership and departmental stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support for new systems, system enhancements, and updated processes.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments, and system-administration best practices.
  • Recommend technology improvements that support organizational goals and the agency's long-term technology roadmap.
  • Attend all agency-mandated training within the required timeframes.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable licensing, funding, accreditation, safety, privacy, and state and federal regulatory requirements, as well as agency policies and procedures.
