Job Purpose- Perform software development tasks which might include:
- Administrative paperwork
- Software evaluation and support tasks
- Application troubleshooting and correction
- Simple application design and coding
- Other duties as defined by the manager
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Administrative paperwork as assigned
- Assist in evaluation and recommendation of software
- Analyze business process issues that may be improved or automated through a software system solution
- Design and code the software solutions to these business issues
- Support purchased applications as required
- Act as team leader and project manager as projects require
Experience and Educational Qualifications- HS Diploma and BS degree preferred
- 5 years Experience in an Applications Development Environment
- Equivalent experience must be in Applications Development environment. Development Environment is defined support and/or creation of software applications systems.
Abilities Required- Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
- Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
- Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
- Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately.
- Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
