- You will develop and manage resource-loaded schedules; plans, organize and conduct business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews of enterprisewide decisions.
- You will define project scope and tasks utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS); define and document customer business functions and processes; develop event driven milestones.
- You will participate in working with customers to develop systems or enhancements and advise on software tools and opportunities to aid in reengineering work processes prior to automation.
- You will analyze adequacies of customer requirements, ensure consensus of change from the enterprise, identify system requirements, and determine if system requirements are testable.
- You will participate in reviewing current and proposed IT legislation, directives, regulations, and guidance, make recommendations on proper systems design, security and performance areas, and determine the impact of changes to existing systems.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.In-depth knowledge of Fleet Readiness business processes combined with current, hands-on operational knowledge of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system and related enterprise data structures. 2. Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, life cycle management, and software design principles to translate complex business needs into structured technical artifacts and specifications. 3. Proven experience in application production support, including triaging user incidents, performing root-cause analysis on system failures, documenting detailed defect reports, and coordinating with development teams for rapid issue resolution. 4. Extensive knowledge writing complex Oracle SQL queries using multi-table joins, subqueries, and advanced analytical functions to extract data, validate system logic, and verify test results; combined with proven experience in writing update and data manipulation scripts to safely modify, correct, or patch data directly within the Oracle database. 5.Proven experience in full-lifecycle application testing, including translating business requirements into detailed test plans and scripts, executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and Enterprise Acceptance Testing (EAT), tracking defects, and validating both front-end functionality and back-end database logic.
