DutiesHelp
- Creates customer applications using current programming languages/technologies to improve process in support of the organizational mission.
- Provide expert analysis and support with the creation, maintenance and enhancement of DCMA's O365 SharePoint system.
- Conduct initial SharePoint site set-up/configuration and maintenance of Operational Unit web pages.
- Establish metadata standards, site and data analysis, clean-up, and migration planning.
- Provide SharePoint training support for end users.
- Identify and resolve automated database issues.
- Develop justification required for IT automation-related purchases.

QualificationsTo qualify for an IT Specialist (DATAMGT/APPSW), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully
perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized
experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service,
military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment,
minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:- Experience computer programming/coding in a secure classified computing environment.
- Thorough understanding of and experience in programming with PowerShell.
- Experience with Network storage management and design.
- Experience with Asset management automation.
- Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDL) and research involving new or unique programming techniques to develop/modify processes.

EducationSubstitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
