Job Description: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role works with global teams and manages IT application projects such as ERP (SAP), MES, cloud solutions, integrations, and other software implementations. The position may handle standalone projects or work as part of a larger program. Responsibilities:
Manage IT projects and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
Work with business teams to understand and document requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Create and maintain project plans.
Guide project team members and coordinate their tasks.
Track milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
Identify risks and issues; propose and implement mitigation actions.
Handle delays or unexpected issues and adjust plans as needed.
Follow IT security policies and PMO standards.
Lead steering committee meetings and provide updates.
Prepare and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
Assess business impact and support change management activities.
