Job Description -
- Enterprise Program Leadership: Independently drives complex programs across application and infrastructure teams, influencing without authority while holding teams accountable to commitments
- Multi-Workstream Integration: Proven ability to coordinate and chain together numerous independent workstreams, PMs, and vendors into a unified delivery plan with clear dependencies and milestones
- Business-Technology Translation: Fluent in both technical and business domains; can seamlessly pivot between architectural discussions and executive-level narratives, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
- Executive Presence & Communication: Confident communicator with strong executive presence; delivers concise, credible SteerCo updates and can push back constructively on unrealistic plans or unaddressed risks
- Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Actively identifies, escalates, and mitigates risks and dependencies early; ensures leadership is never surprised by delays, scope impacts, or delivery threats
- Delivery Judgment & Decision Ownership: Exercises strong judgment in day-to-day decision-making, clearly documenting decisions and distinguishing material issues from noise
- Adaptability in Enterprise Environments: Effective across mixed delivery models, legacy and modern tech stacks, and organizational complexity while maintaining delivery momentum

Skills and Requirements -
- 3+ years of Senior Program Manager or Program Manager experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- 5+ years overall experience in application development and technology delivery environments
- Strong preference for prior airline experience, particularly supporting application and infrastructure technology teams
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-workstream programs (15+ parallel workstreams) with multiple independent teams, PMs, and vendors
- Strong understanding of modern technology delivery concepts, including application platforms, infrastructure dependencies, integration patterns, DevOps principles, and standard SDLC methodologies
- Ability to read and challenge architecture and dependency models to surface delivery risk (solution design responsibility not required)
- Experience maintaining integrated delivery artifacts, including program plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and decision documentation
- Experience presenting to and engaging with VP and SVP-level stakeholders through SteerCos and executive forums
