Position Purpose: The IT Project Manager II will plan, organize, and drive execution of projects and tasks across the Information Technology organization. This role translates priorities set by system owners and IT leadership into clearly tracked work, coordinates and assigns resources across IT teams to meet delivery timelines, facilitates agile ceremonies, and reports progress and risks to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Organizes, tracks, and drives execution of IT projects and agile work items initiated by system owners and other IT leaders, ensuring work is properly scoped, sequenced, and progressing toward completion.
- Assigns and coordinates resources across the IT organization to meet project timelines and priorities, partnering with People Managers and system owners to balance workload.
- Facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to maintain team alignment and momentum.
- Tracks and reports project status, risks, and progress to system owners, IT leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Maintains project documentation, backlogs, and tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure visibility into work in progress.
- Identifies and helps resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and process bottlenecks that could impact delivery timelines.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional IT experience, with a solid working knowledge of IT systems, operations, and terminology.
- Project management or Scrum Master certification (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent coursework in project management/Agile methodologies; certification in progress will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple technical teams and disciplines.
- Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. BCT anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
