Position: Lead IT Project ManagerWe are seeking a
Lead IT Project Manager to lead large, high-priority IT projects for a state government program. The PM will manage projects from planning through implementation, including the
iSMART/Training Management System replacement and support of the WITS application.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end IT projects including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop Project Management Plans, estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and proactively resolve risks and issues.
Required:- Active PMI PMP certification for a minimum of 5 years - Mandatory
- Copy of active PMP certification must be submitted with the resume.
- Strong experience managing large/complex IT projects.
- Experience with project schedules, budgets, risk/issue management, stakeholder and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Government/public-sector or healthcare experience is highly preferred.
