Job Summary
The IT Project Manager will lead multiple simultaneous enterprise IT projects supporting a large-scale transformation, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. The role requires strong matrix leadership, executive communication, vendor management, and hands-on project governance across complex legacy-to-SAP implementations. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, critical-path plans, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery milestones. Track progress and drive corrective actions as required.
• Lead greenfield non-SAP-to-SAP conversion initiatives within a complex legacy application ecosystem, including coordination of a high volume of RICEFW objects, integrations, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Create, execute, and manage cutover and deployment plans for 50+ integrations and broader digital transformation and ERP implementation activities.
• Lead cross-functional technical and functional teams in a matrixed environment, including internal resources, business stakeholders, and external System Integrator partners, often without direct authority.
• Manage project governance activities, including risk and issue management, feasibility and impact assessments, change control, SDLC documentation, implementation readiness, training coordination, and interdepartmental communications.
• Manage project financials, including month-over-month forecast versus actuals, budget controls, vendor financials, scope management, and compliance with applicable SOW and contractual terms.
• Provide clear program status reports and executive-level presentations, facilitate stakeholder decisions, escalate risks, and drive timely actions to remove or materially reduce delivery risks.
• Apply Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps (ADO) to support project planning, tracking, collaboration, and delivery governance.
• Act as a change champion and problem solver, making sound decisions in a fast-moving environment where complete information may not always be available.
