Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together sprint plans.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together weekly reports.
Demonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
Demonstrated on-the-job communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor's Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.

Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodology.
Demonstrated experience managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow.
Demonstrated on-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge of Sponsor's enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments.
Demonstrated broad knowledge of Sponsor's IT components, missions, and strategies.
Demonstrated familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationships.
