-Maintain and operate branch network services, including DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, WAN, and related
components.
-Monitor network performance and coordinate with service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
-Ensure secure and compliant network configurations aligned with internal and regulatory

Banking Systems & Compliance Support
-Work closely with Head Office IT teams to align system standards, policies, and security requirements.
-Support IT-related components of regulatory compliance (NYSDFS, cybersecurity, audit requests).
-Maintain documentation for system configurations, incident logs, and operational procedures.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
-Provide Tier 1/2 technical assistance and end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral

Qualifications

Technical Competencies:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or background in banking systems, financial operations, or accounting systems is a strong
plus.
- Relevant IT industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or
VMware VCP) are preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
Fluency/Bilingual capability in Korean is strongly preferred to communicate effectively with
Head Office and internal teams.
