The IT Manager is Efinity Mortgage's hands-on technology leader and primary internal IT resource. Based in the Austin Corporate Office, this position owns corporate technology operations, branch IT infrastructure, and responsive Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for more than 150 employees across over 20 branch locations.

The manager will personally resolve day-to-day issues while also designing a stable, secure, standardized, and scalable technology environment. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 admin, identity and access management, endpoint management, networks, firewalls, branch connectivity, servers and cloud services, cybersecurity, hardware and software standards, asset management, vendors, and technology projects.

Efinity is seeking a long-term technology partner who has previously served as the sole or primary IT manager for a similarly sized multi-location organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating with executives and nontechnical employees, documenting the environment, setting priorities, and using qualified vendors or managed-service partners when specialized expertise or additional capacity is required.

Qualifications
• Seven or more years of progressive IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support experience.
• Prior success serving as the sole or primary IT manager for a company with approximately 100 or more employees and multiple locations is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, endpoint management, Windows environments, networking, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and endpoint security.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve Tier 1 through Tier 3 issues, prioritize competing demands, manage projects, and coordinate outside vendors without losing ownership of outcomes.
