Job SummaryHelp build, secure, and improve the technology environment behind Battelle's mission. In this role, you'll work with modern endpoint, identity, and security technologies while tackling enterprise-level challenges involving device management, patching, vulnerability remediation, automation, and infrastructure support. Responsibilities - Administer and support endpoint management and infrastructure services.
- Manage operating systems, software deployment, device provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and related identity services.
- Implement and support patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and infrastructure issues.
- Participate in hardware standards, lifecycle planning, technology refreshes, and solution design.
- Develop automation, documentation, and process improvements.
- Provide technical consultation and advanced support to IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and project teams to implement technology solutions.
Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of experience supporting medium to large enterprise infrastructure, endpoint management, or systems administration.
- Experience with Windows administration, Active Directory, endpoint management, and security technologies.
- Knowledge of patch management, vulnerability remediation, and automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
- Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, Security+, or ITIL certifications.
Compensation Data Battelle is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $66,500 - $94,800 per year, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location and market conditions.
