About The Opportunity
Menasha Corporation is advancing a modern, AI-enabled digital operations ecosystem across two businesses: Menasha Packing Company and ORBIS Corporation. As a functional SAP Analyst - Logistics Execution, you will play a key role in shaping how our supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics operations run on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.

You will partner directly with business end users and leaders to design scalable, secure, and intelligent SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-to-serve, and contribute to Menasha's enterprise applications strategy.
Essential Job Functions

Product and Solution Delivery

  • Support SAP S/4HANA logistics, warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes.
  • Configure and enhance SAP LE, IM, WM, HUM, shipping, receiving, and related supply chain capabilities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate needs into SAP solutions.
  • Participate in project implementations, system enhancements, and business-led initiatives from design through deployment.
  • Support SAP Fiori applications, RF scanning solutions, and warehouse mobility technologies.
  • Collaborate on integrations involving EDI, warehouse automation, and transportation systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation, standardization, adoption of emerging SAP capabilities, and enhanced operational visibility.
  • Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.


Operational Excellence and Support

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support; participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical business operations.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.
  • Execute HyperCare support activities for major releases or business events, including on-site logistics support in a shop floor setting when required.
  • Analyze and optimize inbound/outbound processes, EDI/idoc flows, and transportation execution.


Governance, Quality, and Security

  • Ensure solutions comply with IT controls, cybersecurity policies, and SAP best practices.
  • Execute testing and coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise change management and documentation standards.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of SAP configuration and support experience in logistics or supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to SAP TM, EWM, or other advanced logistics technologies.
  • SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or TM.
  • Knowledge of external TMS platforms, integration with peripheral systems, and modern freight optimization practices.
  • Experience with freight costing and settlement in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience supporting multi-plant internal supply chains.
  • Familiarity with AI-centric tools (SAP Joule, Copilot, or similar).
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and modern user experiences.
  • Understanding of warehouse automation, barcode scanning, and mobile technologies.
  • Experience supporting EDI, IDocs, integrations, and interfaces.


Working Environment

  • Primarily works in an office environment with occasional work in a shop floor setting for requirements gathering and HyperCare support.
  • ~20% travel, with increased frequency during major deployments or strategic initiatives.
