Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Master Enterprise Architect in Green Bay to oversee Schneider's next generation architecture, including creating 3-5 year roadmaps, managing large data sets and helping to digitize the organization. The Master Enterprise Architect will also act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent to ensure tech investments result in positive and expected business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies that support an efficient and secure tech environment to meet Schneider's needs.
  • Define life cycles that help determine when technologies and standards will be changed or transitioned out.
  • Consult on various projects and formulate optimal solutions by staying up to date on technology capabilities and business needs.
  • Ensure applications are scalable, adaptable and synchronized with changing business needs.
  • Research technologies to recommend enhancements to the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with other architects to ensure an overall architecture roadmap alignment.
  • Articulate the benefits and relevance of concepts, products and technologies to diverse audiences.
  • Lead the effort to align business needs with technology investments.
  • Provide mentorship to other associates.
