Financial Application Analyst.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purposeGI Alliance is seeking a financial system support resource to assist with financial systems administration (including NetSuite, Coupa, Paymerang, ProLease, Adaptive Planning, etc.) and general financial system support. This is an exciting role supporting GIA's financial systems, third party integrations, and the affected end user base. The Financial Application Analyst will assist in system administration and evolution, user and cross-functional financial systems support, integrations, and issue resolution processes.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

- Assists in supporting users, maintaining access, updating user information and supporting issues that arise for supported systems and integrations
- Assists in system enhancements for GIA financial systems and providing support.
- Assists in maintaining and providing support of custom fields, forms, segments, reports, templates, and workflows (basic workflow experience a plus)
- Assists in documenting, updating, and maintaining system roadmap, user, and configuration documentation.
- Supports users in designing and updating custom reports and searches within NetSuite and other supported applications.
- Assists in building out required data mappings for mergers and acquisitions.
- Assists in supporting NetSuite and integrated system updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or appropriate field. Without benefit of a degree, equivalent on-the-job or technical training and progressive experience may be acceptable.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of NetSuite experience preferred. Experience with applications or applicable business financial field is preferred.

Equipment Operated: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Work Environment: This job operates in professional office environments and in clinics/Endo centers.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. May view computer screens for long periods of time. Occasional evening or weekend work.
