Responsible for securely designing, configuring, installing, and supporting hardware, software, and related applications that enable the organization and its operations.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating resources and ensuring IT project objectives are accomplished.
• Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders in support of IT projects.
• Act as primary liaison with 3rd party providers for product improvements, issues, and tier 2 technical support.
• Securely configure, manage, and integrate servers, network infrastructure, and applications while ensuring expected system performance and resilience.
• Manage the lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
• Implement and manage identity and access management systems.
• Ensure secure authentication practices through configuration of roles and permissions.
• Assess various options and their potential impacts to make decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term needs.
• Clearly communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and best practices, which can be used by team members.
• Lead IT projects and initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in cross-functional teams to improve system performance and support.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related field; or
• Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
