Position Overview

ITSC Secure Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Compliance/Governance Analyst to support the ACC UCS contract at Langley AFB. This position will provide programmatic, technical, and administrative support for Inspector General (IG) liaison activities, Information Support Plan (ISP) review and coordination, and TEMPEST-related compliance efforts.

The successful candidate will develop repeatable processes, assess governing policies and guidance, prepare response and decision-support packages, track program actions, and provide recommendations that strengthen compliance, governance, efficiency, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • IG Liaison Support: Support ACC/A6 IG liaison reporting requirements by drafting, coordinating, tracking, and maintaining responses in accordance with applicable policies and guidance. Conduct activities consistent with DAFI 90-30, assist ACC units with identifying and resolving Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEMS) deficiencies, and maintain status trackers, corrective-action documentation, briefing materials, records, and suspense dates.
  • Information Support Plan Management: Review Information Support Plans and supporting documentation; coordinate, consolidate, and adjudicate stakeholder comments; and support reviews in accordance with AFI 17-140 and applicable local procedures. Track plan status, approvals, dependencies, updates, and unresolved issues while preparing decision papers, comment matrices, executive summaries, and recommendations for Government review.
  • TEMPEST Program Support: Develop and maintain sustainable, repeatable processes supporting TEMPEST-related program requirements. Analyze applicable DoD guidance, Air Force instructions, federal requirements, policies, and stakeholder recommendations to identify compliance gaps and implementation challenges. Recommend practical solutions that improve program execution, documentation, governance, and oversight.
  • Coordinate across Government organizations and multiple stakeholders to track requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of program actions.
  • Develop clear, professional reports, presentations, process documentation, trackers, and other program-management products.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years of documented project management experience demonstrating familiarity with compliance and governance activities.
  • Three (3) years of Department of Defense experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, to develop reports, spreadsheets, presentations, process documentation, and databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and governing guidance and translate requirements into actionable processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, suspense dates, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Major Command (MAJCOM)-level staff functions.
  • Familiarity with IGEMS, IG liaison activities, deficiency resolution, and corrective-action tracking.
  • Experience reviewing Information Support Plans, coordinating requirements, and adjudicating stakeholder comments.
  • Working knowledge of TEMPEST, emissions security, communications security (COMSEC), cybersecurity, or related compliance programs.
  • Project management certification or demonstrated experience applying structured project management methodologies.
