In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a team of Electronic Health Record (EHR) or other Clinical Analysts who provide application support, optimization, and enhancement for the organization's EHR and other clinical systems. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures efficient ticket and project management, drives system improvements to enhance provider and staff workflows, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to align clinical system functionality with organizational goals.
