• You are a stickler for the details. When work has your name on it you need to know that there are no flaws, that all the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted.
• When it comes to your development team, you know that it’s not just how much work you get done, but also how well you do it.
• Quality, for you, always has a capital Q and you realize the value in having the rest of your team engaged with you to help make sure that, together, you can ensure your product is the best that it can be.
• Testing is a passion for you, you know the industry standards and you use them, but you are always on the lookout for new and better ways to improve the quality of your products and your team. You actively drive quality forwards, good enough is not good enough for you.
