Prepare accurate time and effort estimates for small to medium-sized development changes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate new tools or improvements when appropriate.
Ensure applications adhere to strong design standards and follow efficient, comprehensive testing practices.
Protect company data by applying enterprise-level security measures, prioritizing the safeguarding of applications most vulnerable to potential threats.
Collaborate in a continuous-learning environment by receiving guidance from senior developers and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Maintain a constant state of alertness and perform all work in a safe and responsible manner.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
