Full Job Description
As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Provides application software development services or technical support
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
• Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
• Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
• Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
• Designs, deploys, and supports Copilot Studio agents to automate business processes, improve user experiences, and scale AI solutions across the enterprise
• Partners with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation and AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Develops standards, best practices, training materials, and supports resources to drive successful adoption of Power Platform and AI technologies
• Manages platform operations including environment strategy, deployment pipelines, release management, solution lifecycle management (ALM), monitoring, and support processes for Power Platform and AI solutions
• Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
• Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
