Full Job Description
Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation seeks IS Infrastructure Specialist at its facility located at 2120 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203. Work on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Applications 12.2 and Oracle database 19c. Support Oracle EBS on 19c database with multitenant architecture. Manage RHEL OS (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System) virtualized environment. Support EBS environment cloning. Implement and administrate TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.2 certificates for Oracle EBS for end-to-end encryption for all backend (behind the load balancer) services in an Oracle EBS deployment. work on WebLogic/Fusion Middleware administration. Administrate ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services) and Oracle ECC (Enterprise Command Centre). Handle Oracle Apex (Application Express), Bash scripting and automation. Manage EBS full stack security patching. Configure administrate and register OAM (Oracle Access Manager) and OID (Oracle Internet Directory) for single EBS sign-on. Design HA (highly available) architectures and DR (disaster recovery) plans. Manage Data Guard setup and administration. Handle RMAN backup and configuration. Manage Oracle Database performance with tuning Full knowledge of Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster) technology with ability to administer and support. Handle Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage Management) and OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager). REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus 8 years of experience in Oracle DBA and Application DBA or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Applications 12.2 for general application support; (2) Supporting Oracle EBS on 19cdatabase with multitenant architecture; (3) RHEL OS (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System) virtualized environment; (4) EBS environment cloning for general support and awareness of EBS technology stack; (5) ADOP (Application DBA Online Patching) cycle in EBS to apply patches to EBS; (6) Bash scripting and automation; (7) EBS full stack security patching to maintain security patching standards within enterprise; (8) Configuring, administering and registering OAM (Oracle Access Manager) and OID (Oracle Internet Directory) for single EBS sign-on to allow user access to EBS environments for single sign-on; (9) Implementing and administering TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.2 certificates for Oracle EBS for end to end encryption for backend (behind the load balancer) services in an Oracle EBS deployment; (10) WebLogic/Fusion Middleware administration; and (11) Administering ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services) and Oracle ECC (Enterprise Command Center). Travel: None. Telecommuting: Up to 2 days/week. Summary Pay Range: $131,789.00 - $190,176.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
