What you bring: - 2-6 years of IP transactions and IP licensing experience
- Preference given for experience handling complex licensing other commercial agreements involving technology, software, and/or data components
- Preference given for experience using AI with IP/tech transactions workflows
- Preference given for patent litigation experience
- Active license to practice law
What you will work on: - Provide counsel to a broad base of clients on complex transactional matters involving IP, technology, and data assets
- Support transactional workload that includes joint ventures, carve-outs, divestitures, M&A transactions, and investments across technology, software, data, and consumer products
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP and technology license agreements, IP assignments, software and cloud services agreements, and other IP and commercialization agreements
- Provide guidance on IP, data, and technology issues, including AI deployment and use, in connection with product launches, e-commerce, advertising, and media transactions
