Responsibilities
Work on disputes involving brand names, logos, slogans, trade dress, unfair competition, and copyright infringement
Provide case assessments and develop litigation strategies
Research legal concepts such as likelihood-of-confusion, dilution, fair use, and the intersection of IP/AI usage
Draft pleadings, complaints, answers, counterclaims, and motions
Prepare and examine witness declarations, expert reports, and trial briefs
