The Delivery Orchestrator ensures the team delivers high quality outcomes by optimizing value flow, managing risks and dependencies, integrating Responsible AI practices, and facilitating alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Quality. This position plays a critical role in helping teams navigate new ways of working, adopt AI enhanced development tools, and continuously mature toward AI native delivery practices.
This position is located in our Lafayette, LA, Lebanon, VA, Knoxville, TN, and Belton, TX office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: o Orchestrate end to end delivery flow using agile principles, WIP limits, and AI driven flow analytics to improve cycle time, predictability, and throughput.
o Guide teams in the adoption and use of AI tools for coding, testing, refinement, design generation, documentation, and workflow optimization, applying a strong mindset for enabling AI driven development practices.
o Support organizational change management by promoting new AI native practices, removing adoption barriers, and reinforcing behaviors aligned with modern delivery ways of working.
o Ensure Responsible AI considerations-including privacy, security, fairness, and explainability-are integrated early in backlog refinement and maintained throughout delivery.
o Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, and cross functional partners to maintain clarity, consistency, and shared delivery outcomes.
o Monitor flow, pipeline signals, and AI generated insights to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dynamic capacity shifts.
o Drive continuous improvement using data driven insights, helping teams evolve toward AI native delivery maturity.
o Maintain psychological safety and strong collaboration practices during periods of rapid adaptation, experimentation, and workflow change.
o Support traceability, documentation, and lifecycle governance to remain compliant with CMMI and SDLC expectations in an AI augmented environment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: o Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 YOE
o 3 years as a Scrum Master
o Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and quality practices
o Familiarity with AI enabled tools (e.g., AI copilots, automated test generators, AI coding assistants) and their appropriate use cases.
o Experience supporting hybrid development implementations or large enterprise modernization initiatives.
o Exposure to CMMI-aligned environments or federal contract delivery structures.
o Understanding of AI lifecycle risks (bias, drift, hallucination, explainability, security).
o Experience with Azure DevOps, Github or similar work management tools.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
o Experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or similar) with exposure to SAFe or other scaled frameworks.
o Strong understanding of Agile and flow-based delivery methods.
o SAFe certifications (e.g., SSM, SASM, SA, RTE) or equivalent Agile delivery certifications.
o Ability to interpret flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP, CFD) and guide teams using data informed insights.
o Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Experience supporting organizational or technology driven change initiatives.
o Awareness of Responsible AI principles and their application in software development (training will be provided if needed).
