Investor Relations Manager

The Investor Relations Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience across Enclave's real estate investment platform. This position serves as a primary point of contact for investors, coordinating investor communications, reporting, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities while supporting capital formation initiatives. The Investor Relations Manager helps ensure investors receive timely, accurate, and professional communications throughout the investment lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining investor data integrity, managing investor relations systems and processes, supporting real estate fund reporting, and fostering strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Position Responsibilities

Investor Communications & Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, providing timely, professional, and responsive service.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with investors by delivering a high quality and consistent investor experience.

  • Coordinate investor onboarding activities, including subscription documentation, investor communications, account setup, and educational resources.

  • Serve as the contact for routine investor inquiries related to investment performance, reporting, distributions, capital calls, and investor portal access, escalating complex investment or legal matters as appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate investor records, contact information, preferences, and relationship history within the investor relations platform.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance investor satisfaction and improve the overall investor experience.


Investor Reporting & Fund Administration Support

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting deliverables.

  • Gather, organize, validate, and summarize financial, operational, and portfolio information used in investor communications and reporting.

  • Partner with Finance, Asset Management, and Development teams to ensure reporting information is accurate, timely, and consistent.

  • Support investor related processes associated with capital calls, distributions, fund launches, investor onboarding, and subscription management.

  • Monitor reporting workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.


Investor Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert for Enclave's investor relations platform, including Juniper Square.

  • Maintain investor data, document libraries, subscription records, reporting workflows, and investor portal functionality.

  • Ensure investor and investment information is complete, accurate, secure, and properly maintained.

  • Support implementation of new functionality, reporting enhancements, and process improvements within investor relations systems.

  • Develop and maintain procedures that promote data integrity and operational excellence.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Development, Asset Management, Legal, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to support investor communications and reporting activities.

  • Coordinate information gathering and project execution across multiple stakeholders to meet investor commitments and deadlines.

  • Assist with due diligence requests, investor materials, fundraising support activities, and other capital formation initiatives.

  • Promote consistency and accuracy across all investor facing communications, reporting, and materials.


Industry & Market Support

  • Maintain knowledge of commercial real estate investment trends, market conditions, investor expectations, and industry best practices.

  • Support preparation for investor meetings, conferences, fundraising initiatives, and strategic investor engagement activities.

  • Conduct market, investor, and competitive research to support investor relations and capital formation objectives.

    • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of Enclave's investment platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, capital formation, asset management, or investment operations within commercial real estate or private real estate investment.

  • Direct experience supporting commercial real estate investment funds, syndications, private placements, or other real estate investment vehicles required.

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment structures, fund operations, investor reporting, and financial statement analysis.

  • Experience managing investor relations platforms, CRM systems, investment management software, or reporting tools; Juniper Square experience strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of investor onboarding processes, subscription documentation, capital calls, distributions, and investor communications.
