Investment Operations Supervisor with Frost Investment Services, you are our leader, You will manage a team of investment operations professionals. You will act as a source of knowledge and point of escalation for questions regarding operations. What you'll do:- Ensure that all investment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in investment operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that investment operations align with overall company goals
- Develop and implement procedures and controls to maintain the integrity of investment data
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of the department
- Stay informed of industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:- 4+ years of experience in Investment operations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Additional Preferred Skills:- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
