Responsibilities

Position Summary  

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational support functions for Old National Wealth Advisors, ensuring efficient advisor and client account administration, escalation management, and platform support. This role serves as a key operational resource for advisors and leadership by managing account maintenance, representative onboarding activities, technology access, money movement issues, complex client account matters, and operational risk resolution. The Operations Manager drives operational excellence, supports asset growth initiatives, and enhances the overall advisor and client experience through timely execution and problem resolution. 

Salary Range

           The salary range for this position is $63,600 - $203,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. 

 

Key Accountabilities 

Key Accountability 1: Advisor and Account Operations Support  

  • Generate and maintain representative codes and ID’s 
  • Facilitate advisor transitions, account changes, and book reassignments 
  • Submit and manage technology and platform access requests 
  • Support advisor onboarding and operational readiness 
  • Process and Coordinate networking and direct business requests 

Key Accountability 2: Client Account and Escalation Management 

  • Mange collateralized accounts, including pledge additions and removals 
  • Resolve money movement, deposit, and account servicing issues 
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for operational matters involving LPL Financial 
  • Oversee and resolve NIGO items to ensure efficient processing 
  • Handle sensitive and complex account situations, including estates, death claims, divorce settlements and other special circumstances 

Key Accountability 3: Operational Excellence and Business Growth Support 

  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to support advisor growth and increasing AUM 
  • Provide specialized support for high-priority advisor and client matters 
  • Serve as back-up support for trading and investment operations as needed 
  • Mitigate operational risk through process monitoring, issue resolution and adherence to procedures 
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve service quality and scalability across the wealth platform

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

Licensing is preferred not required, bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. 2-5 years of financial services experience.
