Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst, Biopharma

Reports to: Head of Investment Banking

Department: Investment Banking

Location: Charlotte

Salary Range $110,000 - $135,000

The Analyst will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare companies. The successful candidate will provide support to senior bankers in executing M&A transactions for clients across all sectors. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact, significant responsibility and opportunity for advancement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments as an Analyst of the investment banking team
  • Interact with clients and internal banking team
  • Assist in preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients
  • Prepare valuation analyses of clients and targets
  • Review business plans, conduct research and analyze financial statements
  • Perform due diligence investigations


Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Qualified candidates will possess a BS or BA in life sciences or finance; exemplary academic record. 2026 grads are welcome to apply.
