POSITION SUMMARY RP SoCal is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our exceptional team in Palm Springs, CA.
- Candidate is expected to be fully functional in covering emergent interventions for an acute trauma center as well as typical hospital inpatient procedures.
- IR call is 1:4 to be shared equally with the other Interventional Radiologists
- The group covers all aspects of IR, and candidate is expected to be fully functional in all areas. It would be a plus if candidate possessed an interventional oncology skillset.

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW Desert Regional Medical Center (DRMC) is a Level 2 Trauma Center, Advanced Primary Stroke Center, with a busy Comprehensive Cancer Center. Along with JFK Memorial Hospital and Hi-Desert Medical Center, we cover one of the largest primary care networks in the Palm Springs/Inland Empire area. DRMC is a teaching hospital with opportunities to work with residents in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice and Neurosurgery. Radiology Partners has developed custom technology driven solutions for radiologists, including multiple AI tools.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology is required
- Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of California
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $450,000-$600,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
