Overview:
The International Operations Manager will manage all aspects of merchandising and global operations needs to enhance sales and profitability for the area.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee and own the Global sample process, recaps, tracking, and allocation. Train team on the new system
- Own the creation and distribution of the Global calendar, working closely with the Calendar team to obtain information and ensure accuracy
- Drive ownership of key calendar deliverables through clear and consistent cross functional communication
- Own the GTM process end-to-end across preparation and execution
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of seasonal directed assortments
- Communicate updates to the team on overall sample status and delivery prior to GTM
- Run seasonal postmortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goals
- Partner with Planning and Sales teams to gather all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriate
- Continue to elevate GTM and its process and outcome
- Special projects as needed
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, Operations or related field
- 5+ years in planning , operations or analysis
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Description
$75,000 - $125,000 per year
