Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapist for an internal travel assignment supporting Mercy Health Services and Maple Ridge Health Services in Milwaukee.

Pay Package

• $24.00/hr taxable
• $963/week housing stipend
• $560/week meals & incidentals
• $2,483 estimated weekly gross
• $2,211 estimated weekly net
• Up to $400 travel each way

This is direct W-2 travel with Continuum - weekly pay, benefit options, 401(k), license reimbursement, guaranteed hours and no outside staffing-agency middleman.

Milwaukee gives you a major-city assignment right on Lake Michigan with plenty of restaurants, entertainment and neighborhoods to explore.

Requirements: Active Wisconsin PT license or ability to obtain one. SNF experience preferred.
