Internal Travel OT - Thief River Falls, MN | $2,455/week

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Minnesota Occupational Therapist / OT license.
• Preferred prior experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatrics.
• Travel experience appreciated, but not a deal-breaker for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with Net Health software is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to start promptly and complete required onboarding before the assignment begins.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services following clinical standards and patient care plans.
• Evaluate, treat, document, and enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
• Develop and revise treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and progress.
• Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing staff, and families to ensure holistic patient care.
• Engage in discharge planning and patient/caregiver education for functional outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a patient-centered environment.
