Internal Travel OT - Portsmouth, VA | $2,455/week

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Virginia Occupational Therapist / OT license.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatrics preferred.
• Travel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Net Health is advantageous but not required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to start promptly and complete onboarding before the assignment begins.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services per clinical standards and physician orders.
• Evaluate and treat patients to enhance function, safety, and mobility.
• Develop and update treatment plans tailored to patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with rehab leadership and facility teams.
• Assist in discharge planning and provide patient education.
• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in approach.
