Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a split internal travel assignment supporting Middletown Health & Rehab Center and Elmwood Health & Rehab, LLC in southwestern Ohio.
Pay Package
- $16.00/hr taxable
- $605/week housing stipend
- $440/week meals & incidentals
- $1,685 estimated weekly gross
- $1,535 estimated weekly net
- Up to $400 travel reimbursement to the assignment
- Up to $400 travel reimbursement home at completion
Work directly for Continuum rather than through a staffing agency. Our internal travelers receive weekly W-2 pay, benefit options, 401(k), license reimbursement, direct CTP support and access to future travel opportunities within our network.
The assignment sits along the I-75 Dayton/Cincinnati corridor. West Carrollton is just outside Dayton, while Middletown keeps Cincinnati accessible as well, giving travelers considerably more around them than a typical rural travel assignment. West Carrollton
Requirements: Active Ohio COTA license or ability to obtain one; NBCOT certification required. SNF experience preferred.
