We are seeking a Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Pasadena, California. This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving practice while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegial environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care in the outpatient setting, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and evaluation and treatment of acute conditions.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of medical conditions while developing long-term relationships with patients.
Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing to develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and serve as a clinical resource within the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Eligible for California medical licensure.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Our compensation philosophy: We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications /licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $250,000 - $350,000 Total Cash Compensation.
