MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Experience in outpatient care settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Competitive Base Salary: $299,000
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Annual Bonus Opportunity: 6%
CME Allowance
RVU Incentives: Significant earning potential once you transition from our guaranteed base plan to our production plan.
Guaranteed Base Salary Plan: All new physicians start on a guaranteed base salary with no RVU requirements, allowing time for training and adjustment without pressure to meet patient volume targets
