Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Experience in a multi-specialty setting preferred
• Ability to provide quality patient care with a focus on outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with provider satisfaction metrics
• Interest in teaching, including training students/residents

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of internists and APPs to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Participate in patient outreach and management initiatives
• Engage in post-discharge follow-up care to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to a collegial and supportive work environment
• Utilize a large referral base for integrated patient management
• Monitor care gaps and assist with care coordination efforts
