Your future role on our teamBBA's seeking an intermediate process control engineerto join our new Thunder Bay office or existing Sudbury office to support ourcontinued growth in Central Canada. You'll play a key role in all phases ofengineering projects, from front-end studies to field implementation, with afocus on detailed engineering.
As a member of the Automation, Instrumentation and ControlSystem engineering team in Central Canada, you'll be responsible for technicalquality, project scope execution and regional collaboration with othertechnical experts.
With us, you'll get the opportunity to...- Develop engineering work packages for major process control systems in mining and energy projects
- Execute instrumentation, automation and control scopes while supporting budgets, schedules and project delivery
- Lead development of engineering deliverables, including P&IDs, specifications, schematic drawings, network systems and panel designs
- Design, integrate, program and commission PLC, HMI, DCS and industrial communication systems
- Build strong client relationships and provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to BBA initiatives and foster a positive culture in the Thunder Bay office while delivering high-quality work

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements- University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Over 4 years of mining or energy engineering experience (consulting preferred)
- Registered P.Eng. in Ontario, Canada
- Experience with process control design, programming, integration and commissioning
- Knowledge of P&IDs, industrial control systems/networks and engineering design requirements
- Strong communication, organization and technical leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel for site work, inspections, commissioning and start-ups
