Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in healthcare IT focusing on revenue cycle and/or patient access operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing application teams.
• Expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and clinical-financial integration.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects and system implementations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications.
• Provide strategic direction for scheduling, registration, eligibility, and billing processes.
• Oversee design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic systems.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Establish application roadmaps aligned with organizational strategies.
